I have done everything as described but it does not seem to be working.
To be more specific, I wan to make an auto-increment field for tickets (Cases), to avoid the weird numbering that CRM does.
- I create an attribute in cases, called new_caseid (int)
- publish all
- go to incremental numbering and create an new object called "Case ID" (Name: Case ID, entity_schema_name: incident, field_schema_name: new_caseid, current position: 10
- The I go to the server and run the plugin registration, put all the data as explained, no errors pop up
- I open a new case, and then goto incremental numbering, but the number hasn't changed
