Not Working with ServiceAppointment entity after schedule?

Hi, thanks to Magnetism for sharing the plugin.

I am using it in a customer and is working great for the account entity, but for the serviceappointment entity it has a strange behaviour:

Scenario1
1. Create a new Service Appointment and save it (ignoring the schedule alert);
2. Incremental field works ok.

Scenario2
1. Create a new Service Appointment;
2. Schedule the appointment with resources (technician), and return to the Service Appoinment;
3. Save the Service Appointment;
4. Field does not increment (nothing happens).

Is this a known issue? Can anyone find a solution for this?
